Mr. Boznos has over 20 years of experience with a wide variety of building types including commercial, cultural / academic, museums, retail and renovation / restoration. Bill’s primary emphasis in architecture is grounded in the day-to-day progress of complex projects and developing creative, high-quality solutions while managing efficient document production and construction administration.

Recent experience includes the Governor State University Adaptive Project for the State of Illinois Capital Development Board.  He is currently the Project Manager for a GSA project for the FBI in Chesapeake, Virginia.  Other significant projects include the conservation and relocation of the U-505 Submarine at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, IL; a serviced apartment building for the Four Seasons Hotel in Mumbai, India; the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Pune, India; and the Lincoln Park Zoo Regenstein Center for African Apes in Chicago, IL.

Additionally, Mr. Boznos has significant experience with renovation / restoration of buildings such as 35 East Wacker Drive, 180 North Michigan Avenue, and 20 South Clark Street in Chicago, IL.

Mr. Boznos has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
